Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at Greystar Harborview performs technical and mechanical work to ensure building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include executing work orders and preventative maintenance, completing make-ready inspections for vacant units, inventory management, documenting work, maintaining grounds and common areas, and contributing to cost-control by using materials efficiently. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work flexible hours including evenings/weekends/holidays, and comply with OSHA safety requirements. EPA certifications for refrigerant recycling (Type 1/II or Universal) and a valid driver1s license are required or must be obtained as applicable; state/local certifications as required. Desirable HVAC certification is preferred. Strong attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and teamwork are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of Maintenance experience
- HVAC Certification - preferred
- EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling - required for certified technicians
- Valid driver1s license to operate golf cart on property (if applicable)
- All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
