Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and general building maintenance. Performs property inspections, ensures curb appeal and cleanliness, schedules and maintains Make-Ready Board, manages materials purchasing and budget, and oversees outside contracts and vendors. Maintains Safe, Decent, and Sanitary Housing for residents and contributes to day-to-day building operations at an affordable housing community in Milwaukee/Waukesha, WI.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of maintenance technician experience including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and appliance repair knowledge
- English language proficiency (read, speak, and write)
- Ability to pass a full background check
- Technical training and license preferred
