Job Summary
Handle routine work orders and emergency maintenance requests for a residential rental community. Perform minor repairs including fixing broken locks, painting, and replacing flooring, while executing basic plumbing tasks like fixing leaky faucets. Install appliances and manage grounds keeping, plus clean vacant units and general facilities. Must possess a valid driver's license, work independently with minimal supervision, and be available for an on-call rotation. Use hand and electrical tools to complete physically demanding assignments safely.
