Job Summary
Conduct preventative maintenance and cleaning on equipment, including HVAC systems and air compressor filters. Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and general handyman repairs while documenting regular facility inspections. Recommend maintenance initiatives to supervisors and assist other team members across multiple automotive facilities in the Washington DC, Baltimore, and Northern Virginia area. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to operate a truck safely, and flexibility with work schedules. A company-owned vehicle is provided.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years' experience with building maintenance or Handyman experience
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to coordinate a variety of different projects and on-going assignments
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs
- Flexible with work schedule
- Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record with the ability to operate a truck safely and efficiently
