Job Summary
Perform preventative and repair maintenance to ensure the hotel meets quality and sustainability standards while treating guests warmly. Complete work orders for replacing ceiling tiles, sheet-rock, wallpaper, and electrical fixtures, plus minor plumbing tasks. Maintain curb appeal through snow removal, lawn care, and trash removal. Focus on guest satisfaction scores and follow Service Recovery Guidelines. Adhere to HHM's EarthView sustainability program and OSHA safety standards. Schedule varies, including holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts. Requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
