Job Summary
Complete service requests from residents and office staff, make apartments ready for occupancy, and perform janitorial duties. Repair and replace appliances, electrical, heating, plumbing, and safety equipment while conducting preventive maintenance and assisting with building inspections. Handle painting, window screen and glass repairs, and accompany contractors on site as necessary. Work in outside weather conditions, participate in emergency on-call rotation, and provide assistance at other company properties. Requires OSHA 10 and HVAC certification, plus ability to bend, squat, climb stairs, and push or pull.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 1+ years of similar experience
- OSHA 10 certification
- HVAC certification
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to bend/squat/climb stairs/push/pull/climb ladders/etc.
- Ability to work in outside weather conditions
- Ability to participate in part of the emergency on-call rotation
