Job Summary
Diagnose and perform routine maintenance repairs for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and building systems. Handle resident work orders promptly, including unit make-ready services to restore properties to market status. Utilize a smartphone to manage emergency calls and assist with grounds maintenance, trash removal, snow clearing, and interior cleaning. Maintain safety and integrity of the property while providing high-level customer service. Requires a state driver's license, working vehicle, and personal hand tools.
Required Qualifications
- State driver's license
- Working vehicle for business use
- On-time, consistent attendance
- Certified pool operator license (CPO) at properties with a pool
- Ability to become certified within the timeframe designated by the community manager if not certified
Desired Qualifications
- HVAC certification
- EPA license Type II or Universal
- OSHA 10 hour
- Prior experience (1-2 years) in related field
- Ability to provide personal hand tools for use at work
- Smart phone for use at work
