Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for diagnosing defects and performing repairs to ensure building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include completing resident service work orders and preventative maintenance, executing the make-ready process for vacant units, coordinating with vendors and contractors, maintaining documentation and inventory, performing grounds and general cleaning, and adhering to OSHA safety rules. Requires EPA refrigerant certifications, state/local certifications as required, and a valid driver’s license for property access; ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds with assistance; flexibility for on-call, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
- State and Local jurisdiction certifications as required
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property (if applicable)
