Job Summary
Hands-on Multifamily Maintenance Technician responsible for day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of a multifamily residential community. Responsibilities include performing routine and emergency maintenance on units and common areas (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry, doors, locks, windows, fixtures), preparing units for turnover, conducting preventative maintenance, maintaining logs and work orders, coordinating with property management and vendors, and ensuring safety compliance (OSHA, fair housing). Required skills include strong technical problem-solving, customer-service mindset, and ability to troubleshoot independently. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or commercial settings
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs with the ability to troubleshoot independently
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks regularly
