Maintain and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems on production equipment using diagnostic tools like PLC feedback and vibration analysis. Interpret schematics and engineering specs to perform cause-and-effect analysis, coordinate machine repairs, and mentor staff in troubleshooting techniques. Develop preventive maintenance schedules, audit repairs to minimize downtime, and research vendors to enhance equipment performance. Complete accurate documentation including work orders and inspection logs while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Requires hands-on experience with hydraulics and pneumatics, ability to read technical drawings, and physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs. Full-time role with competitive hourly pay ranging from $25.13 to $42.62, plus weekend premiums and a retention bonus.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Ability to read and apply shop math, technical drawings, formulas, and precision instruments
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills to plan and perform complex tasks
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs., bend, twist, and stand throughout the shift
