Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for repairing mechanical, electrical and fabrication systems to keep production equipment running in a 24/7 facility. Roles include repairing or replacing defective parts, installing and aligning new equipment, programming PLCs with ladder logic and motor-control systems, plus inspecting drives, motors, belts, wiring and related components. Tasks involve reading blueprints and schematics, diagnosing complex mechanical problems, coordinating with OEM technicians, and mentoring junior maintenance staff. A degree or formal training is a plus but not required; 7–10 years of experience preferred.
