Job Summary
Maintain hotel facilities and surrounding areas, performing repairs and maintenance on the property's infrastructure, including painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC functions, and other related maintenance activities with hand tools; notify management regarding major repairs; respond to guest service requests per policy; keep records of rooms completed; program hotel phone equipment; monitor equipment and utility readings daily; stay accessible to Front Desk and Chief Engineer; maintain MSDS files; ensure par stocking of parts and supplies; learn emergency procedures; perform other duties as assigned by the leader.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of previous repair/maintenance experience required
- Licenses/Certifications: Technical licenses such as HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing etc. are helpful
