Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime while communicating with operations to achieve production goals. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety policies throughout the 12-hour shift, utilizing skills in welding, fabricating, and machining. Operate a maintenance information system to track work orders and adapt to different facility climates. This role supports the company's mission to create ingredients that feed millions worldwide through proactive maintenance on a flagship U.S. mill in St. Ansgar, Iowa.
Required Qualifications
- Previous maintenance, welding, or millwright experience
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to make sound decisions

- Commitment to maintaining a clean, food-grade environment
- Willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic
- 2/2/3 shift availability
- 12-hour schedule availability
- Shifts starting between 12:00 PM and 7:00 PM
- Location in St. Ansgar, Iowa
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to use catwalks
- Ability to adapt to different climates
