Job Summary
Maintenance Technician in Gorham, ME responsible for a wide range of facilities upkeep including safety/compliance tasks (ADA, OSHA, Health & Safety), minor repairs (painting, drywall patching, plumbing tasks), grounds maintenance (lawn care, landscaping, snow removal), and coordination with outside vendors. Role includes on-call duties, potential overtime, and supporting construction projects to specifications. Requires on-site work, ability to perform strenuous activity, basic computer use for documentation, professional communication, and a valid driver’s license.
