Join our team as a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the upkeep of apartment homes and respond to emergency calls, contributing to creating a sense of home for our residents.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one years of multifamily facilities/apartment maintenance (property management)
- Experience with electrical, plumbing and HVAC
- Exceptional safety skills
- Possession of personal tools required
- Able to work weekends as needed
- Able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of equipment functions, appliances, and ladders
Desired Qualifications
- EPA Universal certified or Type II license
Additional Requirements
- Possession of personal vehicle preferred
- Able to push, pull and lift over 50lbs
