Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for corrective, preventative, cosmetic, and emergency property maintenance for apartment community; perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs; ensure service requests are completed timely; prepare vacant units for lease; communicate with residents and staff; work on a rotational on-call schedule including overtime and weekends; bring your own tools and maintain physical capability (lift 75 lbs).
Required Qualifications
- Must have one year experience in carpentry, flooring, plumbing, electrical, or painting
- Some HVAC or appliance repair experience preferred, but not necessary
- Ability to lift 75 Lbs. or more
- Ability to communicate and work well with residents, colleagues, administrative staff, and vendors
- Eligibility to work in the USA and provide proof
- Bring your own tools and must have reliable transportation
