Job Summary
Supervise vendors and manage preventive maintenance schedules for all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components. Operate and restore building management systems to ensure compliance with OSHA and regulatory guidelines while optimizing utility usage. Implement operational best practices across grounds and operating systems to maximize property value. Requires valid driver's license and experience with commercial mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Flexible schedule includes after-hours and on-call duties. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' Maintenance engineering experience
- knowledge of commercial, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- technical school certification
- General maintenance skills in carpentry, painting, locksmithing, etc.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
- Proven knowledge of technical terms used in HVAC, plumbing and/or electrical
- Strong knowledge of building trade tools and equipment
- Good verbal communication skills
- written communication skills in English

- Must be a good team player

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attendance record
