Job Summary
Conduct facility and equipment inspections for safety, upkeep, and appearance. Perform maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical installations. Respond to maintenance requests from staff and residents while repairing vacated rooms. Provide emergency troubleshooting and repairs for equipment. Ensure all work adheres to State, Federal, and OSHA standards. Maintain clean, operational equipment at all times. Requires rotating off-hour/weekend on-call availability and flexibility. Minimum high school diploma and extensive experience in HVAC, plumbing, electric, carpentry, and general maintenance are essential. Solid computer skills and MS Office knowledge required. Evidence of basic leadership, supervision, and multi-tasking abilities in stressful situations necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Min. high school diploma or equivalent.
- Rotating off-hour/weekend on-call availability and schedule flexibility is a must.
- Solid computer skills; working knowledge of MS Office.
- Extensive experience in HVAC, plumbing, electric, carpentry & general maintenance.
- Evidence of basic leadership skills and supervision.
