Job Summary
Supervise vendors and subcontractors while maintaining preventive maintenance schedules for all building systems. Operate and manage Building Management Systems including HVAC, lighting control, security, and life safety to ensure compliance with OSHA and regulatory guidelines. Manage utility usage and procurement to optimize energy efficiency across all properties. Perform hands-on testing and restoration of components for heating, ventilation, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems. Work a flexible schedule that may include after-hours and on-call duties.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' Maintenance engineering experience
- knowledge of commercial, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- technical school certification
- General maintenance skills in carpentry, painting, locksmithing, etc.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
- Proven knowledge of technical terms used in HVAC, plumbing and/or electrical
- Strong knowledge of building trade tools and equipment
- Good verbal communication skills
- written communication skills in English

- Must be a good team player

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attendance record
