Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at Legacy Cornelius apartment community in Cornelius, NC. Maintain the overall appearance and safety of the community, respond to residential service requests, and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, building exteriors and appliances. Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure residents have a space they are proud to call home. Requires a minimum of 2 years in multifamily apartment maintenance, experience with plumbing/electrical/carpentry/building exteriors and appliances, strong customer service orientation, thoroughness, self-motivation, and the ability to work a non-traditional schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call hours. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent; EPA certification (or willingness to obtain) and substantial HVAC repair experience. Required Qualifications
