Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at Greystar Garey Building responsible for completing resident service requests and preventative maintenance, performing make-ready tasks for vacant units, maintaining grounds and common areas, documenting work and managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Requires EPA refrigerant recycling certifications (Type 1/II or Universal), valid driver's license, OSHA/safety training, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance, and availability for on-call, evenings, weekends and holidays. Includes on-site duties in Los Angeles, CA with housing discount eligibility and potential bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
- State and Local jurisdiction certifications as required
- valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property (if applicable)
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience (preferred)
- OSHA and other safety training
