Job Summary
Field-based Maintenance Technician responsible for preventive and reactive maintenance across multiple retail fuel and convenience-store locations within an assigned district. Travels daily between sites to inspect and maintain fuel equipment, HVAC, signage, painting, branding, and site conditions; completes service tickets and general repairs (plumbing, electrical, exterior upkeep) while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Coordinates with store teams and leadership, prioritizes work based on urgency, and documents inspections, work orders, parts used, and resolutions to keep stores running smoothly across a multi-site territory.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general facility maintenance
- Ability to perform general repairs and maintenance tasks safely and effectively
