Job Summary
Field-based Maintenance Technician responsible for preventive maintenance, fuel equipment reliability, and site condition management across multiple retail fuel and convenience-store locations in an assigned district. Performs site inspections, HVAC/fuel equipment maintenance, and both scheduled and reactive repairs (including basic plumbing, electrical, painting) while documenting work orders, coordinating with store teams, and upholding safety, regulatory, and brand standards. Requires daily travel between sites and strong organizational, communication, and independent-work capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general facility maintenance
- Ability to perform general repairs and maintenance tasks safely and effectively
- Ability to perform painting and basic exterior upkeep in accordance with brand standards
- Experience with pressure washing and basic landscaping tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple locations and responsibilities across a field-based role
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with store teams and leadership
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field environment
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and online systems for documentation and work order tracking
