Job Summary
Field-based Maintenance Technician responsible for preventive and reactive maintenance across multiple retail fuel and convenience locations within an assigned district. Travel daily between sites to perform site inspections, maintain fuel equipment, HVAC, signage, painting/branding, and general facility upkeep; complete service tickets and repairs (plumbing, electrical, and facility tasks); document work and parts, escalate complex issues, and coordinate with store teams and leadership to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to brand standards across a multi-site territory.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general facility maintenance
- Ability to perform general repairs and maintenance tasks safely and effectively
- Ability to perform painting and basic exterior upkeep in accordance with brand standards
- Experience with pressure washing and basic landscaping tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload
- Ability to manage multiple locations and responsibilities across a field-based role
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with store teams and leadership
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field environment
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.) and the ability to use online systems for documentation and work order tracking
