Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for preventive and reactive maintenance across multiple retail fuel and convenience-store locations within an assigned district. Performs site inspections, maintains fuel dispensing equipment, executes general repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, landscaping), manages work orders, and coordinates across a multi-site territory with daily travel. Emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, brand standards, and effective communication with store teams and leadership. Requires strong organization, ability to prioritize across locations, and proficiency with basic computer tools for documentation and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general facility maintenance
- Ability to perform general repairs and maintenance tasks safely and effectively
- Experience with pressure washing and basic landscaping tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple locations and responsibilities across a field-based role
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word) and the ability to use online systems for documentation and work order tracking
