Maintenance Technician (Full Time)

Conduct upkeep, maintenance, and repair of all Wellspring facilities, including offices and residential sites, utilizing five or more years of experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting, electric, drywall, mechanical, and landscaping. Manage work orders via preferred applications and maintain a dependable vehicle with a valid license for on-site duties. Provide basic hand tools while receiving allowances for upgrades. Complete state and federal background checks, abuse/sex offender registry clearances, and physical fitness determinations prior to employment. Work Monday through Friday with flexible hours between 7-5, 40 hours weekly, and occasional on-call rotation.
