Job Summary
Maintain ballpark facilities and equipment; perform daily/weekly/monthly inspections; ensure building systems (emergency, etc.) are operational; operate machinery safely; manage maintenance and repairs; facilitate work-orders and capital projects; uphold preventative maintenance program; report issues; use personal vehicle for company business with valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and good driving record; collaborate with teammates to ensure safe, well-repaired facilities; must be able to lift 75 lbs. frequently; good English communication; may require long hours and handle high-stress situations; high attention to detail and proactive maintenance mindset; professional work training preferred and/or experience in a plant maintenance related field.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs. frequently and unassisted
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Must be able to prioritize tasks in a productive manner
- Proficient in lock out/tag out procedures and other safety precautions
- May be required to work long hours
- Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, kneeling, crawling, and bending on a frequent basis
