Maintenance Technician (Full-Time)

Job Summary
Perform minor repairs, conduct regular walkthroughs, and maintain exterior areas including parking lots and gardens. Complete light maintenance tasks like carpentry, caulking, and paint touch-ups while responding promptly to calls, emails, and work orders. Screen, train, and supervise garden and maintenance volunteers; coordinate vendor access and verify contracted work. Track service reports, manage incident reports, and oversee equipment and supply inventory. Assist with event setup and participate in emergency response activities. Prepare and monitor the annual budget for building use and facility maintenance. Submit vendor invoices and provide facility-related input for capital budget reviews. Maintain organized records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance agreements.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years related maintenance or construction experience
- Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in at least one of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, painting, plumbing, carpentry
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
