Job Summary
Maintain hotel property assets, equipment, and outside grounds through preventative maintenance, routine inspections, and repairs. Respond to guest requests regarding room and common area maintenance while driving carts, bobcats, and ice surfacing machines. Execute all engineering SOPs and emergency procedures, ensuring a clean, safe work area compliant with CSM, brand, and local regulations. Plan, organize, and prioritize work duties to produce required volume under the guidance of the Chief Engineer.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Current and valid driver's license
- Safe driving record
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis throughout shift
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of maintenance experience
- CPO certification
- Appliance repair certification
- Ability to obtain certification based on property needs
