Maintenance Technician - Full-Time

Ensure the property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping grounds, buildings, and common areas clean, sanitary, and free of debris. Assist with basic repairs, oversee apartment turnovers, and maintain the best possible appearance of units prior to move-ins. Respond appropriately to emergencies and communicate any issues requiring further attention to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager. Maintain a safe, tidy environment including the clubhouse, office, model, hallways, and all other common areas. Ensure grass and landscaping are well maintained, including watering of flowers. Work 8-10 hour standing shifts with a minimum lifting capacity of 75 lbs. Participate in required Redstone training to uphold our core values of authentic communication and driving performance. Contribute to resident satisfaction by meeting or exceeding customer expectations through exemplary customer service and teamwork.
