Job Summary
Conduct general maintenance, preventative maintenance, and safety inspections on facility equipment and property structures. Complete work orders, perform resident inspections, and ensure property cleanliness and appeal. Prepare units for new occupancy and assist with grounds-keeping and property turn. Requires high school diploma, one year of apartment maintenance experience, and ability to lift 25 pounds. Full-time position at Axis West Campus with HVAC certification preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year apartment or multi-housing maintenance experience
