Maintenance Technician-Full-Time

Conduct repairs, maintenance, alterations, and installations following departmental procedures to ensure the safety, functionality, and appearance of the hotel property. Diligently determine defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, and execute corrective actions while maintaining detailed records of all work performed. Respond promptly to guest service calls and complaints, providing exceptional courtesy and professional resolution to issues in rooms, public spaces, and mechanical areas. Perform routine preventative maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment, and carry out carpentry and painting tasks to uphold the hotel's aesthetics. Adhere strictly to all insurance, local, county, state, and federal codes to promote a safe work environment. Accurately document parts used and work completed on service requests while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
