Job Summary
Complete general building repairs, assist with painting, carpentry, and minor plumbing, and respond to maintenance requests throughout the school. Help maintain buildings, equipment, and grounds while moving furniture, supplies, and assisting with deliveries. Perform seasonal grounds work including snow removal and some custodial tasks as needed. Collaborate with the team on larger projects and work independently on physical tasks involving lifting up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Dependable and able to report to work consistently and on time
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to perform physically active work, including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Professional and respectful when working around students and employees
Desired Qualifications
