Job Summary
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical systems and equipment; review maintenance problems and work orders to prioritize and schedule assignments; proactively inspect the property to identify needs; plan and execute ongoing maintenance programs; service the hotel pool and adjust chemicals; perform preventative maintenance on a scheduled basis; maintain the building exterior; respond to guests’ maintenance requests; possess self-direction and ability to work independently; 1 year maintenance experience preferred and valid driver’s license required.

- Self-directed and ability to work independently
