Job Summary
Perform entry-level to complex troubleshooting and repair on manufacturing equipment, electrical systems, and mechanical apparatus. Diagnose malfunctions by investigating facts, discussing root causes with team members, and implementing permanent countermeasures using problem-solving tools like why-why analysis. Install, maintain, test, and repair industrial electrical and electronic equipment by working from blueprints, schematics, and PLC programs. Document all maintenance activities and preventative procedures within the CMMS - Maximo system. Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and adhere to a strict Management of Change environment. Work flexible hours including on-call rotations and off-hours for emergency support. Requires forklift certification and adherence to safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- Technical degree from a two-year college or technical school preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and/or apprenticeship
- Prefer mechanical/electrical technical degree
- Demonstrates competency of the management of change process
- Required to be detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates good listening skills and interprets information correctly
- Must be able to pass required safety training such as lockout tagout, hazard communication, ISO, etc
- Requires forklift certification and to operate different types of powered forklift trucks
- Ability to work in a team-based environment supporting all maintenance activities as assigned
- Effective communication skills and attention to detail are required
- Attention to detail through accuracy and completeness of information
- Must take on call 1 day a week 5pm-5am
- Flexible to work off hours when needed, support emergency maintenance when called and support on-call rotation when scheduled
- Follows Fujifilm's Employee Code of Conduct Policy and maintains and adheres to Fujifilm Safety Policies and Procedures
- Follows all hazardous waste handling, labeling and storage rules and regulations
- Required to work within a strict Management of Change environment
