Maintenance Technician FT

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining equipment and performing repairs including plumbing, minor electrical, and HVAC in assigned residences and common areas. The role requires ordering supplies, maintaining tools, and keeping updated records in the electronic work order system. Additionally, the technician assists with testing fire alarms, performs monthly maintenance checks, and ensures safety by assisting with snow removal. Key skills include general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, excellent communication and organization skills, and ability to manage time effectively. A valid state driver license is necessary, along with a preferred year of general maintenance experience.
