Maintenance Technician - FT - 8:00 am - 4:30 PM

Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and grounds, including paint touch-ups, gutter clearing, pathway inspections, and trash removal. Execute HVAC, boiler, and generator service while ensuring fire sprinkler, extinguisher, and monitoring systems remain operational. Document all maintenance records accurately for equipment and systems. Maintain clean, safe, and appealing environments for residents, guests, and prospects. Manage time effectively to complete tasks within company time frames. Assist new residents and families with move-in tasks during admissions and discharges. Requires a high school diploma, OSHA compliance knowledge, construction repair experience, and a valid driver's license.
