Job Summary
Maintenance Technician to fix and maintain plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and simple electrical repairs in a retirement community. Work with a team to complete tasks, train new staff, and support community events and safety drills. Requires 2-4 years of maintenance experience, ability to use and maintain tools, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Regular schedule is Monday–Friday with some evenings or weekends possible; starting pay $22.66–$26.45 per hour DOE, with full benefits (medical, dental, vision). Must pass background, DMV and drug tests and be eligible to work in the USA; duties include handling work orders and assisting with safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of maintenance or similar work
- Ability to work with tools and fix basic problems
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must pass a background check, DMV check and drug test
- Eligible to work in the USA
