Job Summary
Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving plant equipment, utilities, and facilities. Focus on preventing downtime through preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and proactive inspections. Responsibilities include equipment and facility maintenance, responding to breakdowns, maintaining utilities (water, electrical, sanitary, communications, sprinklers), completing preventative maintenance, documenting labor, materials, and activities, and promoting a strong safety culture (LOTO, Arc Flash, Hot Work Permits). Skills include troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, detail-oriented documentation, and ability to work independently or with a team.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of industrial, mechanical, electrical, or maintenance experience
- Electrical License preferred
- Valid Driver's License preferred
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical systems is highly desirable
