Job Summary
Manage work orders for apartment maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, painting, and electrical systems. Turn vacant apartments and maintain property grounds and common areas. Operate specialized tools and lift objects weighing 50lbs or above. Communicate clearly with staff and residents verbally and in writing. Requires 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience, valid driver's license, and own tools. Weekend work is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years previous multifamily maintenance experience
- Ability to communicate clearly with staff and residents, both in writing and verbally
- Skilled in repair and maintenance of household appliances, air conditioning/heating, painting/drywall, plumbing, and minor electrical
- Ability to operate specialized tools
- Ability to lift objects weighing 50lbs or above regularly
- Valid Driver's License
- Own tools
- Ability to work weekends
- Must undergo a drug test
- Must undergo a background check including DMV and criminal records
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working on 350+ unit properties
- HVAC Certification
- CPO certification
