Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for work orders, apartment maintenance and repair, turning vacant apartments, maintaining property grounds and common areas, and assisting the manager with capital and seasonal projects. Must perform turns/makes-ready, complete service requests, maintain inventory, and share emergency on-call duties. Requires experience in painting/drywall, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC and minor electrical; pool system knowledge is a plus; strong communication with staff and residents is required. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years multifamily maintenance experience
- HVAC certification and/or CPO certification
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Own tools
