Job Summary
Apartment Maintenance Technician responsible for upkeep of grounds, amenities, and buildings of a multi-family community in Portland, OR. Duties include maintenance and repair of apartment interiors and exteriors, painting, turning vacant units, handling work orders, and on-call duties as assigned by the business manager and supervisor. Requires CPO certification, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, and owning tools; weekend availability; drug test and background check are required. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-year previous multifamily maintenance experience
- CPO Certification required
- Ability to communicate clearly with staff and residents, both in writing and verbally
- Previous experience turning units and painting
- Must be able to lift objects weighing 50lbs or above regularly
- Valid Driver’s License and own tools
- Must be able to work weekends
