Job Summary
The role involves servicing multiple apartment communities which includes performing maintenance and repairs across electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Technicians will also handle janitorial duties, respond to emergency calls, and maintain equipment and supplies. Applicants must have at least two years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of relevant experience in apartment maintenance, multi community, hotel/motel, facilities management, construction or handyman
- Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and current auto insurance coverage
- Proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven working experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs
- Proven working experience as a janitor / porter
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Safety Data Sheets
