Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for bringing units to market-ready condition, completing make-ready tasks, and handling work orders in a property-management setting. Role involves assisting with building and common area maintenance, supporting preventative maintenance programs, and maintaining property equipment. Requires basic maintenance knowledge (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair), effective communication, and English proficiency; weekend and after-hours emergency coverage may be required. EPA and CPO certifications are preferred but not required. Benefits include PTO, holidays, health plans, 401k, and bonus programs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in property management environment
- Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.)
- EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required
- Must have the ability to communicate in English
