Maintenance Technician Food Manufacturing

Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul and recommend improvements for equipment; perform preventive maintenance of production equipment; review daily schedule for equipment setup; ensure compliance with plant safety and environmental regulations; operate a variety of equipment including forklift and mechanical lifts; read blueprints and wiring diagrams for installations; complete work orders and document materials used; on-the-job training and advancement through Amatrol training; openings on afternoon and midnight shifts; overtime and weekend scheduling based on business demand; reporting to shift supervisor.
