Job Summary
Complete maintenance service requests, repairs, and make-ready units for Creekside at White Oak while managing property supplies and equipment inventory. Operate personal tools, clean work areas, and assist in preventive maintenance projects. Respond to emergency calls as needed during on-call rotations and escalate unresolved issues to the Service Director. Maintain positive communications with residents, vendors, and co-workers while adhering to safety and Fair Housing policies. Weekend work may be required.
Required Qualifications
- HVAC certified
- Proficient in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- Valid driver's license
- Automobile insurance
- Three years of experience in apartment maintenance
- HVAC experience with certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal)
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
- Proficient in the following areas: plumbing, HVAC, electrical and appliance repair
- Proficient in use of computers and online applications
- Working knowledge of property systems such as Yardi, Entrata, and HappyCo
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
- Weekend work
- Drug free workplace

- Reference checks
