Job Summary
Maintenance Technician-Floater responsible for maintenance across VIDA Apartments and Townhomes and Konar Properties properties. Performs carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and drywall; handles apartment turnovers; must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the apartment maintenance or similar trade plus turnover experience; requires a valid driver’s license and a High School Diploma or greater. Required Qualifications
- 3 years' experience in apartment maintenance or similar trade
