Job Summary
Respond to assigned punch lists and service requests to investigate and perform routine mechanical repairs on apartments and amenities, including plumbing, electrical, and appliance work. Paint interior and exterior surfaces, patch drywall, and pressure wash building exteriors while maintaining grounds by sweeping, raking, and cleaning compactor areas. Clean and treat pools, repair irrigation systems, and conduct move-in/move-out inspections to ensure compliance with safety and aesthetic standards. Available for on-call duty, nights, and weekends. EPA certification required at hire or within six months; CPO certification may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- basic mechanical knowledge
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
- EPA certification (either Universal or both Type I and Type II)
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
- Requires basic mechanical knowledge
- Ability to speak, read and write English for safety and productivity reasons
- Prefer over one year of experience to be fully familiar with required techniques, equipment, and work routines
