Job Summary
Proactively identify and resolve facility issues across two locations, including exterior and interior paint, gates, fencing, and latching systems. Troubleshoot washers and dryers, perform basic HVAC maintenance, and execute small projects and improvements independently without supervision. Prioritize preventative maintenance to prevent equipment breakdowns while maintaining a safe environment comfortable for dogs. Requires strong mechanical skills, self-starting attitude, and reliable attendance. Flexible part-time hours available with pay based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Self-starter (required) – able to work without supervision and take initiative daily
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Reliable and consistent attendance
- Comfortable working around dogs
- Possess basic tools, such as drill/driver set, socket set, pliers, etc
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with gates, laundry equipment, and/or HVAC preferred
