Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for routine and preventative maintenance of property systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical; troubleshoot and repair as needed; perform property inspections and address maintenance requests promptly; assist with apartment turnovers to ensure move-in readiness; participate in on-call rotation and occasional weekend work; perform snow and ice removal; maintain organized inventory of tools and supplies; collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to prioritize work orders and ensure safety compliance;HVAC/EPA certifications or related credentials are a plus; high school diploma or equivalent required; physical tasks and flexibility to respond after-hours as needed.
Required Qualifications

- HVAC/EPA certifications or similar credentials are a plus
- Hands-on experience in maintenance with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Team player who communicates effectively
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Willing to handle after-hours or weekend emergencies when needed
